Project Management

As a full service studio, I offer project management services to see the project through from start to finish. It’s strongly recommended to have a main point person who can help navigate the project from its inception to completion. I manage all aspects from planning & budgeting to execution. After coordinating with the tradespeople working on the project, a plan is created that includes detailed layouts, technical drawings & estimates for time, cost, materials & equipment. Once the plans are compiled, they will be submitted to for approval to any necessary building departments & home owners associations to confirm that they adhere to building and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) codes and requirements, along with agreements for clients' approval.

Once approved, the project manager coordinates with other project leaders (such as the project architect & general contractor) & other team members to implement the plan. This includes negotiating construction fees with contractors and subcontractors, procuring materials, maintaining required documentation & setting deadlines for key deliverables. The plan & timeline is closely monitored for progress on all aspects of the project and ensure efficient, accurate & cost-effective implementation of the project plan. Regular communication with the client is maintained throughout the entire process, providing regular status updates & handling any questions or changes.
